What materials are your coving and cornices made from?
Our products are primarily crafted from high-density polyurethane (HDP) or high-impact polymer. These materials are lightweight, durable, and moisture-resistant, making them superior to traditional plaster.
How long does delivery take within the UK?
Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 3 working days. We also offer an express next-day delivery service for orders placed before 12:00 PM on weekdays.
Do the products come pre-painted?
All our coving and moldings are supplied with a white primer coating. They are ready to be painted with any standard household paint once installation is complete.
What is your return policy if I order too much?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, undamaged packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I use your coving in bathrooms or kitchens?
Yes, our polyurethane products are 100% waterproof and resistant to humidity, making them ideal for high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens where plaster would crack.
Which adhesive should I use for installation?
We recommend using our specialized DecoFix Pro adhesive for standard joints and DecoFix Extra for mitered seams to ensure a seamless, long-lasting bond.
