Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and details of the coving or decorative items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the products in their original protective cardboard tubes or boxes to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring all fixing adhesives or tools are included.
Arrange Shipping
Send the package back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods for resale condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
